How HxG Genetic Testing Works
Easy. Accessible. Personalized.
1. Order Your Kit
Order your genetic test online or contact us for more information. You should receive your kit within five days. The cost ($25) of the kit and shipping goes towards the cost of the test.
3. Laboratory Testing
Your DNA sample is extracted and genotyped in our affiliate lab certified by both COLA and CLIA to ensure your results are handled properly and securely.
2. Register & Swab
Once you receive your kit, fill out the included form. This step helps us get in contact with you so we can personalize your results to your lifestyle. Collect your swab following the included instructions (also HERE) and use the provided shipping label to send ship your sample back to our lab.
4. Receive Your Report
After 14-21 days, you will receive a notification that your results are ready. You can then schedule a time to meet with one of our Clinical Genetic Pharmacists who will break down your results and answer any questions you may have.
